Location Data: With your permission, we collect approximate location to improve match suggestions within your preferred radius.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: provide matchmaking services, improve AI algorithms, personalize your experience, facilitate communication between matches, send notifications about matches and messages, analyze app usage and performance, ensure safety and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI and Data Processing

Your conversations with Yente are analyzed using artificial intelligence to understand your preferences and improve match quality. Your conversations and all user data will be used to train, improve, and develop our AI matching systems and algorithms. This data may be used in anonymized or aggregated form for research, product development, and to create new AI-powered features. By using the App, you consent to this use.

We use third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) to power Yente. Your conversations are processed by these services to generate responses. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their own models.

Anonymized Data: We may create anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified data from your information that can no longer be used to identify you. Kadima Applications LLC owns this anonymized data and may use it for any lawful purpose, including research, analytics, and improving our services.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with: matched users (profile information you choose to display), service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing), legal authorities (when required by law or to protect safety), and business transfers (in case of merger or acquisition).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
