By accessing and using BashertAI (\"the App\"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BashertAI. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
BashertAI maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree to treat all users with respect and dignity.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination: harassment, bullying, or intimidation; hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content; sexually explicit or pornographic material; spam, scams, or fraudulent behavior; impersonation or misrepresentation; and any illegal activity.
We employ content filtering and moderation systems to maintain community standards. Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the app\'s reporting feature. We commit to reviewing all reports and taking action within 24 hours, which may include removing content and permanently banning offending users.
You are responsible for your safety when meeting people from the App in person.
You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by using the App, you grant Kadima Applications LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, analyze, and create derivative works from your content and data, including conversations with Yente, for the purposes of providing and improving our services, training AI models, conducting research, and developing new features.
We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your conversations with Yente (our AI matchmaker) are used to improve matching algorithms and will be analyzed to provide better service.
All AI-generated content, including match recommendations, compatibility insights, Yente\'s responses, and the underlying algorithms, are the intellectual property of Kadima Applications LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view this content for personal use within the App. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any AI-generated content.
Kadima Applications LLC provides a matchmaking service but makes no guarantees about finding a partner, relationship outcomes, or compatibility. We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or statements of other users. All matches are suggestions based on AI algorithms and user preferences.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any reason we deem necessary to protect our community.
Kadima Applications LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from use of the App, including but not limited to: meetings with other users, relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or any other consequences of using the service. Use at your own risk.
Any disputes arising from use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, unless prohibited by local law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
BashertAI offers a premium subscription (\"BashertAI Premium\") with the following terms:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How to Cancel:
